Hm, I'm not sure how to necessarily break it to you, but all medical practice is malpractice to some extent, even when taking context into account. The ethics of consent are largely a farce in the medical industry, and you should not be trusting any medical professional at their face value; with that in mind, I'd advise you not to "do some medical malpractice" on yourself or someone I know. It will almost certainly result in extra work for me.
