did you guys know that kirbys dream land 3 (snes) was upped from an e rating to an e10 rating because the final boss had 16-bit blood in its battle (shoutout zero/zero-two)

I believe Earthbound was initially an E for Everyone on release, but is always rated T for Teen on every rerelease for probably similar reasons. Gyiyg is horrifying. And also the hallucination coffee in Saturn Valley, probably... and the hotel lady in Threed... uh, yeah, there's quite a few reasons, actually.
