There's a single user of this site who seems to be unable to help themselves when it comes to my posts. Some obsessive desire to make themselves the center of my attention drives them to click the 'hate' button on every one of my posts, and oftentimes even feels the need to comment despite having no 'in' to do so. It is, frankly, a sad attempt to get my attention and it is very obvious to anyone who might see it. Does anyone else have an annoyance like this? I would block, of course, but that would be letting them win, so I feel the best course of action is to ignore them and allow them to continue attempting the sisyphean task of pushing the boulder up the hill that is hating my posts to get my attention.

Wow. This seems very frustrating, Galekh. Coincidentally, I do have a long line of hate react notifications on my own posts from a user who seems to be unable to do anything but blindly press the spade button. If I were speaking to that person, I might suggest they learn to take what they dish.

And here he is commenting twice on my one post. That sounds terrible, Tagora. Whomever that particular user may be sounds like someone who is simply 'fighting fire with fire' however, or, more likely, your posts are simply of such terrible quality that they have no choice but to click the button with the spades symbol, almost as if some omnipotent force compels them to let you know that your posts are terrible. Perhaps that should be taken into consideration.
Hmm. Interesting hypothesis, but I’d say it’s more likely that the culprit is somebody who can’t go thirty ticks without obsessing over my own personal chitts but is too cowardly to admit it, much less do anything about it besides lurk behind a screen and refresh my account. I wonder at the quality of the droning drivel that individual must post.

My thoughts exactly. They do seem to feed off the attention, not unlike an aquatic bottom-feeding lusus scraping the nutritional layers off the bottom of the Outglut-east sea. Ignoring them is the best and most reasonable avenue to take.
