God of Ruin. Look upon your kingdom. The mountains you shattered have become dust. The oceans you boiled have become graves. The stars you extinguished drift through the void as cold corpses of light. There is no choir left to praise your strength, no enemy left to fear your wrath. Only silence remains. You mistook destruction for power. You believed yourself eternal because nothing could stand before you. Every civilization that challenged you was reduced to ash. Every rival was ground beneath your heel. Every warning was laughed away, buried beneath the thunder of your own triumphs. And so you never learned the lesson that lesser beings understand instinctively: That power without restraint consumes itself. You devoured worlds to satisfy your hunger for dominion, never noticing that each victory made your universe smaller. Every city burned was one less voice. Every soul erased was one less witness. Every sun extinguished brought the darkness closer. Now there is nothing left but you. No temples. No worshippers. No enemies. No purpose. You sit upon a throne carved from the bones of existence itself, ruling over a kingdom of absence. The void is your final subject, and even it does not acknowledge you. This is your downfall. Not defeat at the hands of some heroic champion. Not a glorious last battle. Not divine judgment. Oblivion. The slow realization that you have become the architect of your own loneliness. You sought to become the end of all things. And now, as the darkness closes around your dying realm, you discover the cruelest truth of all: The end of all things includes you. Soon there will be no worlds left to break. Soon there will be no skies left to blacken. Soon there will be no hearts left to terrify. And when the last ember of creation gutters out, you will finally understand what your hubris purchased. An eternity spent alone in the corpse of your own victory.
