Born and raised in Houston Texas you found yourself making a lot of foolish mistakes when you were a teen and you had a kid at a pretty young age. Between couch surfing, your kid being born, and finally getting a place, your girl up and leaves you with the baby the moment she can. Your sister helps you from afar but you learn to pick up the parts of you that constantly feel like falling apart to hold it together for your son. Dave is your little light even if he seems lost in the world. When you finally feel right and in a good place you start sending him to public school where he meets another strider??? You were pretty sure that there were no other striders in the area so who the heck is here to cause trouble. That’s when you meet Dirk strider and his dad Davin strider. God do the both of them look like they are related. A couple dna tests later it comes up that they are infact NOT related to you. Good cause this Davin guy makes it hard for you to think and you want to do things that would be SOOOO wrong in any other situation. The two of you start dating, Then you find out about a year later that Davin is actually the director of one of your favorite movies “Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff THE MOVIE” and now your stuck going to these silly shindigs in a type of society your not even closely used to. And worst part is that you know your son is camera shy. Not exactly sure as to why he is but still. And that’s when you realize that your, hopefully, soon-to-be step-son loves his little brother Dave and will do what he needs to do to protect him, and even better? Davin will do what he can even going so fare as getting body guards to protect your family. You finally feel like you belong somewhere. You are able to start your own business thanks to your boyfriend and start working from home as you watch your sons grow up. A perfectly lucky life indeed.
