I reaally need to do something aabout my inaability to register the paassaage of time. I maakke myself teaa, put it right on the taable where I caan see it, aand then find it mouldy. I receive aa messaage, decide I would likke to respond to it laater... SEveraal weekks laater, the sender is confused whether I haave even received it in the first plaace. I staart aa paainting, taakke aa breaakk, intending to continue the next daay, aand then find it covered in dust. My whole life is aa raace aagaainst time, where I constaantly kkeep forgetting I aam supposed to be competing

I haave tried with those. UNfortunaately, they just maakke me feel likke I haave so much more to do aand I staart crumbling under the stress
I see... Have you considered, instead of alarms for each thing, just have something ping every hour? Then you cannot miss time passing, but they aren't alarms telling you to actually do anything.

If you make each hour a different sound, it will become easier to tell the time, too.
