Mm. I suppose it depends on what you enjoy. If you want something very simple, Sliding Seas is a free game where you match 3. It's adless, clean, easy to play, convenient. If you want something a little more in-depth, Wildfrost is good. It isn't free, but it is worth buying. If you'd like a choose-your-own-adventure novel, Heart of the House is good. it's a horror romance. It allows polyamory in certain routes too, which is rare for these games. I do not remember if it costs anything, but I have reread it on enough journeys to know that it is worth it.

Get emulators. Anything from the NDS backwards should run fine on most mobile devices, older phones may struggle with 3DS games (if your phone CAN run 3DS I'm going to immediately recommend Re:Digitize). You can also run PPSSPP, which means you also have access to the Persona trilogy (that's 1, 2 and 2) and the Fate/EXTRA duology (that's EXTRA and CCC).
