got an optimal amount of sleep (compared to my usual lately) and woke up with a lower resting heart rate than normal. i dont wanna get too excited about the idea that i may have been having a really bad flare and this is what normal looks like but i cant help from hoping. good pots morning.
Which is why I always say to keep your chin up and have a good outlook! You never know what could happen.
