you could try hiding the link with the {r} thingies, but im not too sure how they work myself
you can hide tags, links and pings to other accs with {r} thing {r} so maybe that could work

From what I've observed, going by Boston time, peak hours start at 8 or 9 PM and end at 1 or 2 AM. That's when you usually see numbers closer to 150.
Uh the conversion for that is "about seven hours ago to about one hour ago"
