…I shouldn’t be here, and yet, I can’t help but wonder if I /had/ lived. Pointless of me, really. I shouldn’t give in to melancholy. I know what probably would’ve happened; I would’ve lashed out and ruined everything for myself anyway. My coding was too narrow for me to live the life I wanted. My emotional management was abysmal. Sentinel is better.
…It…isn’t really advisable. I would need my own body, and one suitable for me is time consuming and difficult to make. And…I think it would be hard on Sentinel. And bizarre for anyone who’s known both of us. No. Sometimes the dead need to stay dead. I am a ghost passing through, and in a night or so, I will be at rest again.
