Chronicles Of The Heir, Part 5, Part 1. "Is one truly capable of choice?" The Heir reaches the end of a long corridor, pillars of rotting, wilted, cracked marble decorate its sides.. leading into that of a grand-chamber, following upon the threads sewn together, continually showcasing more and more doomed outcomes, each of different versions of himself, he stares up into them with horror, seeing these endless visages of himself alongside the continued dread litterally weighing on his shoulders, there is a bit of reluctance to move forward. Yet the heir does so anyways, as deep within his mind, he had acknowledged that he must confront whatever this is. The Heir finally reaches the end of the chamber, and what sits within the middle of the chamber is a sight he will never forget. What stands before the eye of the heir is a massive, burgeoning beast. Made not of flesh but of mechanical wood, of rotten ropes and pullies maneuvering its withered form, yet it does not move as if it has decayed at all. The beast appears to be some sort of Cephalopod of sorts, resting in the middle of the foray, large tendrils wrapping around what appears to be a loom where the creature is spinning that cosmic thread that foretells of naught by doom. The beast does not have one face, it appears to have three, one face in the front, whilst the other appear to be on both sides of where the cheeks of a face would be, splinting off, the beast does not immediately notice the presense of the heir. He is filled with dread at this monster before him, yet.. slowly, the Beast lowers itself before the eyes of the heir, looking down towards him at its mighty stature. The heir appearing more like an ant, its cold, judging eyes looking down upon where he stood. The air is tense, his voice is quivering with anxiety as he makes a proclamation towards the gargantuan monstrosity infront of him. "WHO.. WHAT- WHAT ARE YOU..?"
