Chronicles of the Heir, part 3. "An all too familiar Sight." The Heir will look around his land, informed of having a purpose and something to do within this land, he assumes that his quest is to try and save this land and its consorts of its horrific fate. This is but a misnomer, for this land is already within its twilight years with no respite or hope left to save it, its consorts, horned serpents with scales scaling from 12 different colors, each one a different and exaggerated hypocrisy of his homeland. He will look at these with peculiarity, and then see their warring nature, of how they continue petty conflicts over scale color. Each one a lesson, for this land is but a reflection of what his home world would eventually become after a long enough amount of time, this barren wasteland with a bunch of philistine idiots arguing over in delusion over which scale color was superior and murdering each other over a delusion perpetrated by the threads within the sky coming from a massive crater within the center of his land, they speak in mocking tongues of the others scales, some are vendors that offer him various magicks. As his compatriots complete their quests on their lands and the conflicts between the dream kingdom continues, they are to all unlock their truest, selves, of the ways they are to utilize certain aspects, one of note would be that of the Heiress, rival to the Heir, whom was a destroyer of freedom, a prince of breath, or of another, whom was a healer of time, another, constantly inviting the destruction of or through time with unpredictable results. The Heir would be the last to acquire his class and powers, yet he would find himself at a level greater than such when he acquired them. He would trek across his land, gathering the bits and pieces, telling the story of a saint spreading the word of equality, and the disaster that came from the conflict between him and the highest caste of these serpents, leading to the land it was today. These historical findings impart onto him, the truth that this world is not destined to be saved, and the least one can do is allow it to die with some semblance of dignity, free from the petty conflicts, to bring forth doom to its people through teaching them the futility of their continued delusions by ending the cause of them, to teach them to let go, just as he must let go of the old empire he once knew of. Thus, his minds eye opens. Releasing one of the many seals as he gains himself the greatest possible understanding of futility through spreading such a feeling across the entire land. The heir readys himself.. and approaches what lays within the depths of the crater. #coth
