I hope this doesn't come off as judgemental, because... well. The obvious. But I don't think you're a disgrace to the feminist movement, and it might be worth reflecting on what thoughts and emotions come up for you in those situations. Is it fear, a desire to be liked, a social expectation, etc.?

I know, truly. I have written my own essays on my internalized misogyny and the matters. It's just that I wrote myself into circles, and even after properly understanding things about myself, it doesn't go away. So it feels like falling for a trap you watched get set up. I suppose I am just a little frustrated with myself.

Understanding it is the first step towards doing something about it. I very much relate to the frustration there, and I also hope you can have some compassion for yourself. These things are deeply-engrained, and they don't go away easily.
