I was just hit with a strong memory of a book series my mother bought me that I never ended up reading. The first book was called “TTYL” by Lauren Myracle. I remember thinking it was likely too girly for me because of the acronym. Later on, I’ve learned it was banned in a lot of areas. Huh.
