Hello, friends who attend #RosesPoolsideDriveIn. I know it has taken me longer than usual to announce tomorrow's feature film, do excuse me for that. I have found myself at a crossroads this time. Do I show one of the best zombie movies to have been produced, or do I show a really good zombie film that also has a great comedy vein to it? I shall leave it up to you, dear viewers. Red reacts for [REC], the trailblazing 2007 film set in Spain, combining found footage and zombies and that birthed a long series (which, admittedly, diminished quite a lot in writing quality) OR Black reacts for 2004's Shaun of the Dead. A beautiful British film that combines zombies with comedy, executedly oh so perfectly.
