One day people will stop characterizing pitch romance entirely by the unhealthy pitch dynamics they see. One day.

I don't understand the question.

Far too many. Including in media, especially human media, which often mischaracterizes and demonizes it dramatically as inherently abusive and unhealthy because they only see the violence and not the root of the feelings nor the fact that it is, in fact, a relationship involving consent and mutual power exchange (when done correctly.) While abusive and/or toxic dynamics could be argued as more *common* among kismesitudes than the red quads, I've yet to see any proper studies done from any timeline on the subject. It's nonetheless a common claim in mine from wannabe activists that "the vast majority of pitch romance is abusive" and usually their ideas of "acceptable" pitch romance actually involve aggressive vacillation or quadsmearing rather than any "standard" practice.

Sadly, yes...

It's partially because quads aren't troll-exclusive on my Earth, and some humans partake. There are always going to be stupid people who take issue with other people using free will in ways they don't like, even though it's not hurting anyone.
