OOC Talk! To explain this Roxy, they ended up losing in their experience with the game however out of a sense of obligation to their friend (Jane) and newer acquaintance (Jade) and wanting to keep them safe Roxy agreed to work under HIC purely for their sakes. Roxy doesn't exactly hide the fact of hating this work but still carries it out as well, it's their duty.
