The source of this robot is dubious. His relation to the Candy timeline is equally undocumented. Maybe he is, maybe he isn’t. He’s really cagey about where he’s from and what he’s gone through or experienced. He definitely seems a bit more chill than the Davebot we know. He was initially plotted up by a young Dirk Strider who just wanted to meet his guardian but the project failed to meet his expectations and thus the framework was repurposed. He was later reforged in an exhaustion-fueled sentimental haze through ethically debatable means in a timeline completely separate from the epilogues. In this world Dave Strider has long been gone via heroic behaviors, and Dave, the robotic counterpart, is a somewhat well-kept secret known only by Dirk and Rose. He lives largely in isolation, having fucked off once he realized what Dirk did, and tries his best to lie low in his own timeline. Chittr, however, seems to be becoming a comfort for him as an avenue to talk to the people he misses but feels a little too disconnected from to seek out. They miss their Dave and he simply isn’t the same person. It’d be too hard for all of them if he tried reuniting. Or so he tells himself. Oh also he's a trans guy but he's fiddling with the idea of being nonbinary. Boundaries: - No incest.
