It was an expression of exasperation, not naming you. I don't believe in the concept of godhood. Strength exists on a spectrum. I don't believe that something being so powerful it could reduce me to a smear with a flick of its fingers makes it a god. But it is a convenient word to say when you're irritated, exasperated, surprised, and so on.
