sometimes tellin urself no in a mirror can help or callin or texting someone to convince u not 2 do the dumb thing u can also just take a deep breath an understand what ur about 2 do will make u feel bad or worse so u can step away and do somethin that will make u actually feel better like playing a game or watchin a show u like
