It's fun living in and exploring the old subterranean transport networks because every once in a while you can just see that 'oh hey this place covered up an entrance to yet another ancient underground ruins that's been untouched for several hundreds of sweeps and they closed this place up and built on top of it because they didn't want to deal with that shit' There's like. So many ancient archeological sites worthy of research that are sitting collecting dust down here all because nobody thinks to check why they built over something. I've found at least ten of these by now. They're not uncommon. Some of them even have- get this- religious offerings to The Sufferer back when he was still around. The Sufferer could have set foot in this place millions of sweeps ago and it's just under everyone's hindquarters. Insane I tell you
