Yes!! Strong chemicals work the best! If you don't have to wear gloves for it, how can you be sure that the nastiness has been stripped away? Do you ever mix them? I like to mix the degreaser with an all purpose cleaner when I have to mop the Cafe's kitchens. Not too much, due to foaming, but it seems to work great in stripping the floor back to its base!
