You can't go wrong with meekuu. And an evangelion flightsuit is a classic for a reason. Now, Utena is an interesting one, which character would you go for? I don't think I've seen many cosplays of that. It could be very fun if you wanted something slightly more niche. Only slightly, of course. I know that utena is an absolute staple of queer fiction. But everyone and their lusus knows of sailor moon and one piece. So I suppose it depends what kind of appeal you're looking for.
