I'm talking about shit like killing fully-grown cherubim, and the kind of getting banged up I'm talking about is "having to regenerate significant parts of your musculature from scratch because they either got vaporized or scarred wrong so you need to completely remove the bugged/missing tissue and replace it entirely." Also I do this for the love of the game. I'll fully admit to having the gamer's heart here, fahaha. A run completed on 0 HP is still a clear.
