"Exhausted but energetic" is a nightmare combo in general for anyone of any age. It could happen to you. Getting really mad at random battles in the card game I play sometimes helps, in my case. It's fundamentally out of my control, though. I have the disorder that randomly elevates or crashes my mood at inconvenient times.

Well, she is a child. So I don't know that I would call any child "pathetic," that's reserved for adults who ought to be capable. Pascal's recommendation of a bedtime story DID help though.
