It's a shame that you've developed such terrible taste in movies! Every drop of schlock in that film serves a greater purpose to outline the sheer madness befalling that poor family. It is not a movie without flaws but then you are not a woman without flaws either are you? :3 Everyone, watch Color Out of Space (2019) if you like Nic Cage hamminess and/or cosmic horror in any capacity. His performance is delightfully subtle in the beginning and downright electric by the end!
