Bring your kids to work day doesn't work when I have grown kids and I work with dangerous weapons and people. Maybe on an office-oriented day.

Well. I exist as a concept, yes. But as a person capable of familial bonds? A ‘person’ at all? Doubtful.
"Person" is an easy thing to figure out Are you capable of complex thought and emotions? If the answer is yes, then you are a person. Being able to form familial bonds isn't a standard for person hood, even humans can't do it all the time.
The answer is unknown. *Can* I feel? Or have I been coded to say that I can?
The great question. That's a complex thought, or at least the uncertainty can be a sign. I'll say don't dwell on it, live your life, artifiical or not. I hope they are both good to you.
