It's hard to havve a fully-formed plan wwhen the current -Empire is so opaque about its campaigns. Just bear in mind that all of this is subject to change. For starters wwe need more adults on-planet. WWe'vve got the jades already but they're impossibly fucking restricted, barely counts. But if there's less pressure to push ALL adults off-planet, there's less need to continuously expand. Alternia being reopened to some adults should alloww it to function as more of a hub or council, a centralized seat of the empire. WWith a centralized seat, more care can be paid towward the indivvidual colonies. Our current resource distribution systems are pathetic to say the least, and alternia continues to be relied on for agriculture despite being populated near entirely by WWRIGGL---ERS. I wwould place my focus on our colonies in nearby solar systems and cease expansion until wwe are making the most of the planets wwe havve.

No wway in shell should all adults be able to stay on-planet. For one thing, adult trolls get physically much larger than young ones. Infrastructure can't handle it. Also, young trolls make easy targets, unfortunately. WWhether wwe wwant to admit it or not though, adult trolls are already making vvisits to the planet to exploit young trolls and lusii. Abductions aren't uncommon among lowwbloods and their lusii. That's wwhy I wwould like to havve adults that stay on-planet apply and register for the position/s. Regulation ovver a blanket ban.
