Not officially. I did a single stick-and-poke when I was younger, on a friend of mine. It was rather wonky, in a thankfully endearing way. I had considered it when I was young as a potential career path, but its difficult to be a tattoo artist and a hemoanon. I would need significant training, correct tools... The bar is too high for me. I can just draw with a pen, though. Or henna, if someone else provides the materials.
