oh i got this like there's two ways i look at it. either one the symbols happen cause a omnipresent total energy that permeates all things an so the waves that happen in that energy cause both the symbols an the impact in our lives. OR our intuition an discernment subconsciously gravitates us towards the symbols that'll be most impactful for us. idk i go for either depending on the day
