I fuck with what that other guy said. Here's my chewy brownie recipe. In ideally two 10cm*15cm pans, mix 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 1 and 1/2 tsp coffee powder, 70g unsweetened chocolate, and 2tbsp of boiling water (to melt the chocolate), then whisk until mixed together. Add 5tbsp of butter, let it melt, then add 275ml of vegetable oil, 2 large eggs and 2 large egg yolks. Whisk to combine, then add 3/2tsp of vanilla extract and 2 and a half cups of sugar, then 1 and 3/4 cups of allpurpose flour. Mix in 175g of unsweeted chocolate chunks (this is seperate as the earlier 70g melts, but these must be whole) and bake at 175C for 30-35 minutes. @damascusDoctorate
