The Ko-re-an let-ters ㄱ, ㄷ, ㅂ, ㄹ, and ㅈ are all writ-ten in two dif-fer-ent ways: G/K, D/T, B/P, R/L, and J/CH, re-spec-tive-ly. The pro-nun-ci-a-tion of the let-ters stay the same how-e-ver, and they are not ex-act-ly the same as En-glish's con-so-nants.
