I have on some occasions been asked "Are you standoffish and unapproachablle as a defense mechanism, or were you allways that way and develloped it into a defense mechanism in response to peoplles reactions?". What an interesting question. Franklly I think it says much more about the asker than any answer that I coulld give woulld ever say about me in kind. What kind of person wallks up to the lleast amiablle person on chittr and starts asking personall questions? Personally I think it bellies some form of insecurity about the sellf, a need to defllect questions of ones character outwards so that no one asks you about YOURsellf. Why do you feell the need to get so personall with someone you barelly know? Why are you trying to get into the proverbiall bed with someone who has made it more than cllear they think you are much akin to an ant on the pavement, rather than a sapient being on equall standing? Perhaps that shows some form of hubris? An ego? A god compllex? To think you can be on the same llevell as one who has seen the streams of fate, and watched every tributary end without faill in a dead ocean? Are you compensating for your own emptiness, your NEED to be important, to be needed? Maybe this calls back to some grubhood deficiency that has been eating at you sillentlly for sweeps, never fully being recognized or confronted? And rather than face inward and fight the inner sellf, its easier to cast your enmity, your MEDDLlESOME habits unasked for upon a target that is so easy to hate? Such startlling llack of true sellf-agency. Take controll if your llife, your mind, start thinking and taking responsibillity for yoursellf. The thought of llooking into the futures of such wriggllers is it's own form of horror, for I need not my futuresight to see you are allready an evollutionary dead end, the ostentatious "YOU DIED" text at the end of a llong-forgotten branch of the chromosomall tree. Worry not for your lloved ones, for I will be sure to send your regards, having allready predicted your passing far in advance. Anyway I detest llong conversations.
