Overtop this is closer, weak crying. Slowly, the frame pans down. It's still too low to capture faces, just one white ankle and a barred door past it. Footsteps approach again. "Not going to need these." Now there are three legs in frame--that one white ankle and a pair of legs in dark pants. Now one hand, hanging far too low. A shadow hangs over the lens, retching. "Oh-- You're fucking disgusting! Get UP. Fuck. Fine." The metal arm hits the floor with a solid thud. "You're more trouble than you're worth." There's a dry click and more muttering, but at the same time another white hand grasps the discarded arm's wrist. At first it lifts slowly, but the black clad legs shift and abruptly there's a white blur across the frame. The clothed legs stagger backward. "You FUCKING BITCH." Tink. Tink. Two darts fall to the floor, a third can be heard firing but its ultimate direction is a mystery. The weak crying has turned into loud, shuddering gasps but the arm blurs past the lens again. This time there's a crunch, a howl of pain and Jaeden becomes visible, having fallen to the floor grasping his side. "I'll kill you, you little bitch." He's snarling, fine features twisted. His hand slides up into his inner jacket. The video quality isn't so good, maybe he's grasped something? But the arm swings a third time and snaps his head to the side with an arc of fuchsia blood. The video cuts out, screen running black for a few seconds. Flashes white and the audio returns--just wet thuds and the occasional sound of metal scraping concrete. The video cuts back in, Kagero straddling a body and screaming while he brings the arm down over and over and over and over and the screen cuts back into blackness. The video continues to run for several minutes before an image pops back in. Kagero stares at the screen for a second, devoid of emotion, face painted fuchsia.
