i woke up feeling really good!! i even managed to stick to my exercise routine today :D
an extremely impressive array of accomplishments. i'm very happy to hear about your successes, dear one. what does your exercise routine consist of? perhaps you could share a pointer with me, or two.
i mean my main focus is cardio, so i try to at least get a morning jog in! even if you can't do much at first it really has a lot of benefits. and better yet, you can jog almost anywhere, making it suuuuuper versatile!
how motivating! thank you for sharing this with me, dear one. i may endeavor to attempt an evening jog if the benefits are so clear.
