You are! Bravery isn't something you always recognise immediately! But I can mostly certainly affirm you are brave, you still talk to me despite being nervous and talk to others despite that too, that's brave!

Hey, that's a brave thing! You're displaying courage; doing something when you're scared is brave and courageous. "Scared? Do it scared!" Is something I say to myself all the time. THe more you get used to it the more confident you'll get!
