see but with a name like the evil tome it sounds like compiling a bunch of rweasons forw rwevenge against ones who have wrwonged you which i have done in the past but rweally the issue comes with a sweep of doing this it starwts to build up and it turwns out it is much easierw to make a grwudge book than you would think and then it ends up costing a bit of cash in all of the jourwnals and pencils and then you starwt to condition yourwself to feeling upset wheneverw you so much as look at yourw grwudge book and then you have to put it out of yourw sight and then it becomes a thing that you think about even when you arwe not looking at it because the act of not looking at it is rweally an act of looking at it but mentally and you know what you just have to accept and rwealize that they arwe just a bunch of haterws that do not know what they arwe talking about and that is why you compile all the compliments because then you can have everwything good in one place and then you can go and look at it and feel happy and it is a bit harwderw to fill out but that means you save morwe space and time and also you can keep it with you at all times because it is nice and then you can forwget things easierw that arwe mean because you know i do like having an accurwate rwecorwd of what people have done to wrwong me but i have outsourwced that to interwns when i had them wherwe they would rwecorwd everwy wrwongdoing to me so i would not have to keep up with all of that and it also makes it so you arwen t too close to yourw worwk it is good to keep business and pleasurwe separwate so get someone else to do all of that plus they can even rwecorwd all of the wrwongdoings towarwds you that you did not even know what was happening like gossiping behind yourw back therwe arwe perwks to this
