POINT OF ORDER! also i can quote him as long as i'm being disparaging in doing so because of 801(d)(2); statements made by a party opponent are inherently not hearsay. furthermore they are still admissible under other potential objections opposing counsel could make if they were morons; it is not substantially more prejudicial than probative, it meets the extremely low bar for relevance, & it's like probably not character evidence
