[CASE: #000002] A patient presented with localized pain in their right elbow. No discoloration, no visible swelling, no history of trauma. They reported that the discomfort began approximately three nights ago and has progressively worsened. They are otherwise in excellent health, which was both encouraging and profoundly unhelpful.
