// interesting topic i was thinking of recently, and i think the magnus chase series (by rick riordian) sums it up pretty well, anyone strong enough can pick up and move the hammer, but like, actually using it, summoning lightning from it, being able to summon it to your hand, thats reserved for thor/ anyone worthy
