I'll share my brownie recipe again for the people who weren't here two months ago when I posted it! Since I love you all so much. In ideally two 10cm*15cm pans, mix 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 1 and 1/2 tsp coffee powder, 70g unsweetened chocolate, and 2tbsp of boiling water (to melt the chocolate), then whisk until mixed together. Add 5tbsp of butter, let it melt, then add 275ml of vegetable oil, 2 large eggs and 2 large egg yolks. Whisk to combine, then add 3/2tsp of vanilla extract and 2 and a half cups of sugar, then 1 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour. Mix in 175g of unsweetened chocolate chunks (this is *separate* to the earlier 70g of melted chocolate; these must be whole chunks) and bake at 175C for 30-35 minutes.
