(Seconds for Rori, it is. Step it up a little bit, since she was fine last time, maybe? Thunder crashes, lightning strikes, and Rori is set upon by another spear barrage. To make matters a bit more difficult, not only do they manifest from the sky and ground, but from numerous vectors in midair. A couple of them even home in on her, and the mean ones even explode.)
(A beat passes, then a second. The beginning of the spear barrage is heralded by a giant exclamation point and the faint outline of spears from above- they begin to rocket towards Shalim- and are joined by spears from below after a few seconds. There are about fifty spears in total.)
If its on offer I could probably use some
(Hope gets a spear barrage, too. Time and space shatter, but just a little bit, and a wave- almost a beam- of spears fires out from the resulting break- maybe a dozen, with the speed of someone throwing them.)
[ *And Hope, wait. hold on, wasn't she at the masquerade? No, clearly not, she makes a barrier to test it's strength, calculating the force she'd need to counterbalance on the fly. Better question is, when and where is she?* ]
(This would suck really bad if Kris was just spear barraging the masquerade...)
