I have been considering it as of late. Perhaps, I should have something, outside of my practical clothing..? But, it may not be proper for a maid.

Ah, no, no. I have casual clothes, it is that they are too, practical in nature. My dresses are designed for easy movement, and horse riding. I was thinking more... decorative, I suppose.

It would be horribly humiliating were I to be more elegant than the Lords I serve. Which, is admittedly, easier to do as a woman, and not someone who is around 7ft tall.
I think even if you can't always WEAR the very elegant thing, you could probably have it anyways, right?
I could not ever wear it, so long as I am considered a common woman.
You could wear it! I think. I think there could be excuses made for you to wear it. But I won't press you on it- I think you should get to have something elegant and that yes you should go shopping or make something.
