My advice is to pick an empty one. Churches are always built for the purposes of manipulating others, and they're full of drone-brained freaks...
But once they just stand by themselves, just as buildings? They're damn beautiful.
I would like to enter one. And hear what has to be told. I find the concept of an afterlife.. unrealistic. But it is fascinating. Fascinating bullshit.
I haven't encountered anything beyond this mortal coil 'n all that jazz, but if i had to wager a guess, i'd say the dead still occupy the world. I know i'd want to spent my afterlife right here if i died. I'd get homesick otherwise!
I think whatever lies beyond the tin can of mortality is going to be just as interesting as the lives we lead here today. I don't think there will be anything, but silence and endless void is just as. The process of dying is also interesting.
