If yøu have the skiłł tø dø such a thing, yes, I recømmend it. The hardest part wiłł prøbabły be the infłatabłe cuff, but the øther parts (such as the tubing, pressure vałve and gauge, and infłatiøn mechanism) wiłł łikeły be much easier tø imprøvise. When yøu take yøur reading, płease remember tø sit straight up with yøur feet døwn, and tø płace the cuff under any cłøthing. Rest før a shørt time beføre taking the reading. Gøød łuck.
