Well it's not leading him on if you're testing the waters of how you feel about all of it. I'd ask yourself some questions: How would I feel if we went on a date? Do I want to kiss this person? And if the answers are "I don't know" then you'll only know if you entertain it and get to a point where you do! Just tell the guy "I enjoy your flirtations, I'm not sure if I swing that way, but I'd like to see where this goes" or something. Keep it simple!
