//Something happened today, an encounter I am lucky to have survived. A troll was following me, hunting me. Despite my adeptness and gear they were persistent. I had lost my footing and fell and they had decended on me. I could see in their eyes a bloodlust, I didn't think I would survive the next few moments... And then over the rain I could hear a faint singing, the other troll could too. As the singing continued the bloodlust vanished from their eyes, and their attention moved away from me, towards the source of the singing I presume. It was as if I no longer existed to them. I used that opportunity to escape and get home as fast as possible. I don't know who that voice belonged to, or whether or not the distraction was intentional... but thank you.//
//Generally I only have practical food around. Food that's ready to eat whenever so that I can take it with me if needed. From the forecast it looks to be very dry in the coming days. Maybe I can use that time to cook for myself and enjoy a hot meal for once.//
