I once had the opportunity to sample an ice cream flavor called, "exhausted parent." It was bourbon and espresso swirled with chocolate chunks. They also had similar espresso based flavors like, "Iced Latte-da", and, "espresso almond fudge." I didn't sample those ones because, "exhausted parent," was funnier.
