♡> gee sabine, i hear you ask, how do you stay shaped like that despite your diet of flavor disclettes, heat danishes, and accelerant drinks? ♡> the answer is that i actually work out a lot. i just don't post gym selfies because watching me sweat on a treadmill is significantly less interesting than watching me shave .04 seconds off a dead game. ♡> five lights a week minimum. 30-45 minutes of cardio, usually incline treadmill or stationary bike because i can watch vods while i'm doing it. then i rotate legs/core and upper body. squats, split squats, hip thrusts, leg curls, calf raises, planks, hanging leg raises, rows, pullups, presses. nothing particularly eXotic. ♡> i keep the weight moderate and do higher reps because i'm not trying to become a fucking refrigerator. i want endurance, decent strength, and for my clothes to continue fitting the way i bought them. ♡> i also stretch basically every light. hips, hamstrings, shoulders, wrists especially. competitive gaming is an incredibly stupid hobby where you can injure yourself by sitting incorrectly for twelve hours, so wrist eXercises and forearm work are non-negotiable. i've got grip trainers at my desk and i do little mobility sets between attempts when i'm being responsible. ♡> the other part nobody sees is that clawed9 has actual conditioning requirements. turns out sponsors become annoyed if their professional gamer develops the cardiovascular capacity of a damp napkin. so twice a week i get bullied through actual structured training with sprints, resistance work, reaction drills, and some horrible little agility ladder that i maintain is completely unrelated to my ability to play videogames. ♡> and before somebody asks: no. they aren't specialty protein disclettes. my nutrition is fucking terrible. eXercise doesn't magically turn these things into veggies and minerals. i just have the discipline to train constantly. ♡> just no discipline to cook myself a real meal. ♡> different skill trees! <3 :3
