Another remarkably late entry, I apologize for that. Tonight I went stargazing. I invited both John and Dave along, but only Dave showed up. In typical Egbert fashion, he had more important things to do. I know that just means he is cooping himself up in his house and wallowing away in the metaphorically masochistic spiral that is trademark for him these days, so I figured it best to leave him to it. Everyone grieves in their own ways. Dave talked my ears off, which was nice. He got into astronomy a few years ago, no doubt some lingering subsconscious fascination with the cosmos derived from his inability to cope with the last time one of his best friends left him behind. At least he actually came out and watched the stars with me. The Green Sun looked particularly close. Tomorrow I'm going to have lunch with Kanaya.
